I was invited to a party at Jump Club and I will say that the customer service was top tier. All the workers were very nice and friendly. They made sure that everything was set up and on point. Also the valet workers were very quick on their feet. They had amazing customer service, I got my car back in such a short amount of time and they were very polite. I definitely recommend having your children’s birthdays here, you won’t regret it.

This place is like walking into a giant, colorful cloud of joy—part bounce house paradise, part virtual reality video game central, part dance club, part stress relief for parents. I have to highlight the fact that the place is very well put together and very upscale. The staff made us feel so welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and you could tell they care about making sure everyone has a great time. Bottom line: Jump Club is fun, clean, family-friendly, and run by people who make you feel at home. Five stars all the way!

What an amazing space for kids to jump around, explore and be free with adult supervision of course. As you enter the vibes here are pretty awesome. We were greeted right away and had purchased our tickets online and signed the waiver, so check-in was fast. They have a huge area of trampolines attached to a basketball hoop, a side trampoline with soft cubes, a zip line, huge slides, tunnels and fun obstacles. There was tons of parking outside, the bathrooms were clean, and they have cool cubbies and a seating area. Can’t emphasize how clean this place was. Can’t wait to come back with my niece and nephew.

We celebrated our son’s 1st birthday here yesterday, and it was absolutely AMAZING! The biggest standout was the incredible service and staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful—from unpacking our things when we arrived to helping us pack everything back into our cars at the end. I’ve never experienced this level of service at any other kids’ café or party venue. Thank you for your professionalism and for making it possible for us to truly relax and enjoy our son’s special day. We are so grateful and highly recommend this place!

Second time attending a birthday party at Jump Club—once at the Tujunga location and today at the Glendale location. Both locations are very clean, fun and amazing. So much to do for the kids and why not adults too. We had an amazing time at the party and loved the food as well. Fresh and delicious. I just wish the staff was a bit more friendly and attentive to guests. Other than that, it’s a great place to celebrate birthdays or other events.

Jump Club, what can I say: awesome space and awesome staff, very helpful, fast and efficient. We had both our sons’ birthdays here and it’s a great experience for all. Three floors of fun for any kid. The Glendale location is huge; we had almost 80 people and they all loved it. There’s a trampoline park, a ninja warrior pit and climbing wall, an area for babies, and a game room downstairs. I would definitely have another party here.

We recently had my daughter’s 10th birthday at Jump Club. We got the Diamond package and had an evening slot on a Saturday night. Between my two children and my fair share of LA playgrounds, the experience here is beyond five star. Impeccably accommodating service, both during planning and from the staff and crew the day of. The space is clean, organized, and well maintained, with the staff cleaning and supporting throughout. Both the adults and kids had a wonderful time. This isn’t your average playground—this is the epitome of you get what you pay for. Very thankful for a memorable and pleasant experience.

I’ve ordered catering twice from Jump Club and all I have to say is the service and food are amazing. The lady who takes the food orders is the sweetest woman ever, no joke. The owner was sweet and wonderful to work with, her workers were friendly and attentive toward us and our guests. The venue itself is the perfect place to celebrate your big day, and the best part was how happy my daughter was. She literally couldn’t stop smiling. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed the party. We’ll definitely be back.

This is a good alternative from the corporate trampoline parks that require waivers from everyone, even those just sitting and watching. Jump Club does not make you purchase their socks. It is not as crowded and they offer VR experiences for an added cost. I left off a star because the staff was a little too laid back and we had to wait for someone to arrive at the VR area to start everything up.

Very fun place. There are lots of games that are allowed for small kids and there are lots of games.

This is the best place to throw your kid’s birthday party! Esther was so helpful and accommodating to all my questions leading up to my son’s birthday party; she replied immediately and politely. On the day of the party, she and her staff were all helpful and even helped me prep my cake pop table. All the equipment was so clean and the staff were very attentive to all the kids. Their catering presentation was amazing, there was so much food and leftovers—best value for your money! All our guests were raving about this place and said their kids had a blast!

Jump Club is exceptional, starting with the cleanliness, the high-end equipment, the pleasant staff and the owners who don’t start charging you as soon as you ask for something extra. They provide utensils, an ice chest and even ice. Unlike other places, everything is already cleaned and set up so they don’t take away from the time you rented. Thank you guys for everything!

This isn’t your typical review—we actually didn’t have our event here because we had to cancel the day before. The way Jump Club handled the situation was nothing less than a five-star experience. They were extremely understanding, professional and helpful. They set it up for us to pick up the catering and enjoy. Truly an awesome experience, and I cancelled the party!
