Start Here: Jump Club LA
Locations & visit typesWhat is Jump Club LA?
We are an indoor private-event venue built around active play. Depending on the location and package, celebrations can include trampolines, Glow lighting, Ninja-style obstacles, games, rides, laser tag, VR, bowling or arcade activities. We host children's birthdays plus teen, adult, school, team and milestone events.
Which Jump Club locations host private birthday parties?
Our private-event locations are Glendale at 211 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91203, and Tujunga at 10001 Commerce Ave, Tujunga, CA 91042. Choose by attraction mix, package size, travel time and current availability.
What is the difference between Jump Club Glendale and Tujunga?
Our Glendale location features trampolines, Ninja, Glow, bowling, VR and gaming. Our Tujunga location features trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball, Ninja, bumper cars, Glow and laser tag. Packages, capacity and pricing also differ.
Does Jump Club allow walk-ins or open play?
Glendale and Tujunga are reserved private-party locations, not walk-in open-play parks. For walk-in open play, visit our separate Jump Club Arena location in Sunland and check its current schedule before traveling.
Can I rent out the entire trampoline park for a private party?
Yes. Private access is central to our Glendale and Tujunga event model. Your package and written agreement will confirm whether you receive the entire venue or designated areas, along with the included attractions and guest limits.
Is Jump Club an indoor, weather-proof birthday party venue?
Yes. Both venues are indoors, so heat, rain and most outdoor-weather changes do not force a new party plan. Severe conditions can still affect travel or operations, so confirm how weather-related closures and rescheduling would be handled.
Where should I have a kids birthday party in Los Angeles?
Choose a venue that fits the child's age, interests, guest count, adult capacity, food needs and budget. We serve Los Angeles-area families from private-event venues in Glendale and Tujunga, with active attractions, staff support and indoor weather protection.
How do I check Jump Club pricing and availability?
Use our pricing and availability request. The no-obligation form takes about two minutes. Pricing varies by venue, package, date, time, guest count and add-ons, so a current quote is more reliable than an old screenshot.
Prices & Party Packages
Budget clearlyHow much is a trampoline park party at Jump Club?
Our current children's packages start at $1,375 in Tujunga and $2,475 in Glendale. Our adult package pages list $650 in Tujunga and $950 in Glendale; confirm the number of hours and final total with a coordinator. An 18% service fee is added to the party subtotal, and add-ons may cost extra.
What are the Tujunga party packages and prices?
Our current Tujunga product pages list:
- Ride & Fun: $1,375; 2 hours; admission for up to 40 guests.

- Adult: $650 listed price; 40 adults included. The page refers to hours booked but does not publish a minimum duration, so confirm the time and total before booking.
An 18% service fee applies to the party subtotal. Request a current quote because prices and availability can change.
What are the Glendale party packages and prices?
Our current Glendale product pages list:
- Deluxe: $2,475; Monday–Thursday; 3 hours; 20 jumpers and 30 adults.
- Gaming: $2,750; 3 hours; 20 children and 30 adults.
- Royal: $3,350; 4 hours; 40 jumpers and 60 adults on the detailed product page.
- Adult: $950 listed price; 60 adults included. The page refers to hours booked but does not publish a minimum duration, so confirm the time and total before booking.
An 18% service fee applies to the party subtotal. Your current quote and signed agreement provide the final details.
What is included in a Jump Club birthday party package?
Inclusions vary. Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver list private party time, DJ/music, play time, pizza and juice for the included children, staff and cake service. Royal, Gaming and Diamond specifically list 60 minutes of Glow time; Ride & Fun lists 30 minutes. The adult packages do not list pizza or juice. Review the exact product page before choosing.
Is a $500 budget enough for a private Jump Club birthday party?
No. Our lowest listed private-event product is the $650 Tujunga Adult Package, and our children's packages begin at $1,375 before the 18% service fee and possible add-ons. With a $500 budget, check our separate Sunland Arena for current open-play options or compare non-private formats.
What is the average Jump Club cost for 10 or 20 kids?
We offer packages rather than one per-child rate. Our Tujunga Silver package lists $1,525 for 12 jumpers; for 20 jumpers, Tujunga Gold lists $1,795 and Glendale Deluxe lists $2,475 on weekdays. Add the 18% service fee and any extras before dividing the total by expected attendance.
Are tax, service charges and gratuity included?
Our current package pages do not show a separate sales-tax charge. They do state that an 18% service fee is added to the party subtotal, and that fee is not gratuity. Ask for an itemized total covering any tax, the service fee, extra guests, food, vendors, add-ons and optional tip.
What costs extra at Jump Club?
The 18% service fee and any package add-ons cost extra. Royal, Deluxe, Diamond, Gold and Silver list extra jumpers at $45, extra adults at $35, extra socks at $5 and extra pizzas at $16. Gaming lists extra children at $45 and extra adults at $20. Ride & Fun lists extra guests at $35. Catering, Glow upgrades and approved vendors can add other charges, so request a written itemized quote.
Booking & Planning
Before you reserveHow far in advance should I book a kids birthday party at Jump Club?
Book as soon as you know your preferred date and approximate guest count, especially for weekends, school breaks and evening Glow events. Booking lead times vary by package, date and event size, so larger or customized events may require additional notice.
How do I book a Jump Club party?
Start with the pricing and availability form, choose Glendale or Tujunga, and share your date, event type and estimated attendance. Review the proposed package and written terms. A request is not a confirmed reservation; verify what payment or signature secures the time.
Does Jump Club require a deposit?
Yes. The current product pages list non-refundable deposits of $500 for Silver; $750 for Gaming; $800 for Gold and Deluxe; $1,000 for Diamond and Royal; $650 for Adult Tujunga; and $950 for Adult Glendale. The Ride & Fun page refers to a deposit but does not publish its amount. Confirm the amount and remaining-balance schedule in writing before paying.
What is Jump Club's cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Our current package pages require at least 30 days' notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, the full party cost is charged. They also state that a rescheduled event must use the same package type or a greater package. Package deposits are non-refundable where an amount is published, so review your signed agreement before paying.
When is the final guest count due?
There is no single final guest-count deadline shown across our current package pages. Ask your coordinator to put the deadline in your agreement and to explain when jumpers, non-jumping children and adults become billable. Package limits and extra-guest rates still apply.
How long is a Jump Club birthday party?
Our children's packages run about 2 to 4 hours. Tujunga Ride & Fun lists 2 hours; several weekday packages list 3 hours; top-tier packages list 4 hours. Active-play time may be shorter so food, cake and transitions fit.
How much setup time do I get before the party?
Royal, Diamond and Adult Glendale list 60 minutes of early setup access. Gaming, Gold, Silver and Ride & Fun list 30 minutes. The current Deluxe and Adult Tujunga product pages do not state a setup window, so confirm it in writing. Vendors must follow the package-specific arrival time and cannot arrive earlier.
What questions should I ask when booking a venue for a party?
Ask about the date, arrival and event times, exclusive-use areas, attractions, child and adult limits, food quantities, socks, waivers, service charges, gratuity, add-ons, vendor rules, parking or valet, accessibility, final-count deadline, cancellation terms and total due. Put every exception in writing.
Ages, Guests & Capacity
Plan the invitation listHow old should a child be for a trampoline park?
There is no single ideal age. A trampoline party suits children who enjoy active group play and can follow attraction rules. Match the venue to the youngest invitees, not only the birthday child. Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver state that children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can children under 3 attend Jump Club?
Yes. Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver require children under 3 to be accompanied by an adult. Ride & Fun does not publish a separate under-3 rule on its product page, so confirm it with your coordinator. Not every attraction suits every toddler.
Can Jump Club handle a mixed-age birthday party?
Yes. Our venues can work well for mixed-age groups because they offer more than trampolines, but the attraction mix differs and some activities may have age, size or participation rules. Share the full age range so your coordinator can explain how play will be organized.
Is Jump Club suitable for shy children?
A private venue can reduce pressure from an unknown public crowd, but lights, music and high-energy play may still feel intense. Tell the host about preferences, identify a quiet break area and avoid making every activity mandatory. Ask about a walkthrough if helpful.
What if children have different athletic abilities?
Choose varied activities and let guests participate at their comfort level. Both of our venues offer non-trampoline options. Never pressure guests into flips, competitive games or attractions beyond their ability, and follow staff instructions.
Do parents stay at a Jump Club birthday party or can they drop off?
State the plan on the invitation. Drop-off depends on child age, host-family comfort, waiver completion, responsible-adult coverage and venue requirements. For younger children or guests needing help, a parent or guardian should generally remain unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Do adults count toward the Jump Club guest limit?
Yes. Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver publish separate child and adult limits; Ride & Fun uses one 40-guest limit. Give us separate counts for child jumpers, non-jumping children and adults so we can apply the correct package limit and extra-guest rate.
Can Jump Club host a large birthday party?
Yes, within package capacity. Our options range from 12-jumper parties to packages with 30 or 40 jumpers plus adults; adult packages have separate limits. For a larger list, request an occupancy plan and itemized quote before invitations go out.
Activities by Location
Match the park to the groupWhat activities are available at Jump Club Glendale?
Our Glendale location features trampolines, a Ninja course, Glow, bowling, VR and gaming. Packages may include only selected activities or time blocks, so confirm exactly what your chosen package includes.
What activities are available at Jump Club Tujunga?
Our Tujunga location features trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball, Ninja obstacles, bumper cars, Glow and laser tag. Availability can depend on the package and operating conditions, so list your must-have attractions when requesting a quote.
Where can you play laser tag in Los Angeles?
Laser tag is specifically offered at our Tujunga location. It appears as an add-on on the Diamond, Gold, Silver and Adult Tujunga pages, so do not assume it is included in the base package. Confirm the price, session length and participation rules with your coordinator.
Where can you play virtual reality games in Los Angeles?
Our Glendale location offers VR and a Gaming package. Your coordinator can confirm whether every guest participates, whether sessions rotate and whether age, fit or comfort rules apply. Guests prone to motion sickness may prefer another activity.
Does Jump Club have bowling?
Yes. Duckpin bowling is listed in the Gaming/Arcade option on our Glendale package pages. It is not listed on the current Tujunga product pages. Confirm whether the Gaming/Arcade option is included or requires an add-on for your event.
What is a Jump Club Glow party?
Glow uses reduced lighting, music and special effects for a neon-style play session. Packages may include a defined amount of Glow time. Because reduced visibility and visual effects change the experience, discuss sensory or medical concerns in advance.
Are all Jump Club attractions guaranteed with every package?
No. A location may offer an attraction without every package including it. Capacity, age, size, safety or maintenance limits may also apply. Request a written attraction list and ask about substitutes if a must-have activity becomes unavailable.
Can adults jump and play at Jump Club?
Yes. We offer 18+ adult packages at both venues. Adult Glendale includes up to 60 adults and Adult Tujunga includes up to 40, with socks, Glow time per hour booked, music and party helpers. Participating adults must complete waivers, wear non-slip socks in the trampoline area and follow all rules.
Food, Cake & Catering
Feed children and adultsDo Jump Club birthday packages include pizza and juice?
Yes, in our children's packages. Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver include pizza for the stated number of children plus one juice per included child. Ride & Fun lists pizza and juice for all children but does not publish a separate child count. Our adult packages do not list pizza or juice.
Can I bring my own birthday cake to Jump Club?
Yes. You may bring a birthday cake. Our package pages include a cake stand or stands plus cake cutting and serving; Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver specifically state that the cake itself is not included. Sparkler candles and other prohibited messy items are not allowed.
Can I bring cupcakes, cookies or other desserts?
You may bring cupcakes as well as a birthday cake. Confirm cookies and any other dessert with your coordinator before ordering because our rules prohibit sprinkles, popcorn, cotton candy, onsite melted-chocolate preparation and other messy items. Candy is allowed only in goodie bags, and sparkler candles are prohibited.
Are soft drinks and water included?
No package page lists soft drinks or bottled water as included. Children's packages list juice; the adult packages do not. Ask your coordinator whether you may bring bottled drinks and which containers are allowed. Ice and an ice chest are listed for Royal, Deluxe, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Ride & Fun and both adult packages, but not for Gaming.
Is food for adults included in the party package?
No. The pizza and juice in our children's packages are listed for the included children, not adults. The Adult Glendale and Adult Tujunga inclusion lists do not include meals or beverages. Plan adult food through Jump Club Catering or an approved outside caterer.
Can I use an outside caterer at Jump Club?
Yes, with advance approval and package-specific rules. Every catering vendor must provide a certificate of insurance, a protective floor mat and extension cords, and must clean the service area. Cooking is not allowed inside. Our product pages and general rules currently show different outside-catering fees, so obtain the applicable fee in writing before hiring a caterer.
Can Jump Club accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our current package and catering pages do not publish an allergen-free guarantee or a standard special-diet policy. Before booking, call Jump Club Catering at (323) 536-7725, disclose every allergy or dietary restriction, ask about ingredients and cross-contact, and get any approved alternative in writing.
Are plates, cups, utensils, napkins and ice provided?
It depends on the package. Royal, Deluxe, Diamond, Gold and Silver list plates, cups and utensils plus ice and an ice chest. Gaming lists the tableware but not ice; Ride & Fun and both adult packages list ice and an ice chest but not tableware. Napkins are not named on the current product pages, so confirm them with your coordinator.
Safety, Waivers & Socks
Know before anyone playsIs a trampoline park birthday party safe?
Trampoline and active-play activities involve inherent risk; no venue can promise an injury-free event. Reduce risk by following posted rules, using attractions as directed, avoiding unsafe tricks and staying within personal ability. Review our terms and discuss age, medical or mobility concerns with us before the event.
Does every Jump Club participant need a waiver?
Yes. We require a completed waiver before anyone participates in the activities. Send the waiver link with invitations and tell parents whose signature is required for minors. An invitation does not replace the waiver.
How long does a Jump Club waiver remain valid?
Our current waiver terms state that the agreement continues into the future for later visits. Even so, confirm before your event that each participant has a valid waiver on file and complete a new form if our staff requests one or the participant's information has changed.
Are special grip socks required at Jump Club?
Yes. Jump Club non-slip socks are required in the trampoline area. Royal, Deluxe, Diamond, Gold and Silver include socks for their stated jumper counts, and both adult packages include socks for their stated adult counts. Gaming and Ride & Fun do not list socks as included, so confirm the cost before your event.
Who supervises children during a Jump Club party?
Our packages include staff who monitor activities generally; however, our staff cannot watch every guest at all times. Parents and organizers still need an appropriate supervision plan, especially for young children or guests requiring individual support.
What should I do if someone is hurt?
Stop the activity, alert our staff immediately and follow their directions. Seek emergency medical help when needed. Hosts should have guardian contacts and relevant medical information; an injured guest should not return to play just to finish the party.
What happens if a guest ignores the safety rules?
Our terms allow unsafe or disruptive guests to be removed without a refund. Explain the rules before play and support our staff when they stop dangerous behavior. A private rental never means attraction rules can be ignored.
Is Glow suitable for guests with sensory or medical concerns?
Glow uses reduced lighting and special effects that may be uncomfortable or unsuitable for some guests. Ask about flashing effects, volume, a non-Glow alternative and a quiet break area; consult a healthcare professional for individual medical guidance.
Your Party-Day Guide
Arrive readyWhat should you wear to a trampoline park birthday party?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows movement and stays secure while jumping. Avoid sharp accessories, loose jewelry and dangling items. Use required Jump Club grip socks, tie back long hair and consider a spare shirt.
What should I bring to a Jump Club birthday party?
Bring your reservation details, any approved cake or cupcakes, compliant candles, gifts, approved decor and any bottled drinks your coordinator has approved. Complete waivers before arrival. Check your product page for socks, tableware and ice because those inclusions are not identical across packages.
How early should hosts and guests arrive?
Guests should generally arrive 15–30 minutes before the event for check-in, waiver verification and socks. Hosts and vendors must use the package-specific setup time: 30 or 60 minutes where published, and the confirmed arrival time for Deluxe or Adult Tujunga. Do not arrive earlier than the approved window.
What does a typical Jump Club party timeline look like?
A practical flow is arrival and waiver check, safety instructions, active play, food and cake, then gifts or photos if time allows. Total event time differs from active-play time—for example, a 3-hour event may include about 2.5 hours of play.
What do parents do during a Jump Club party?
Parents may supervise, socialize, help younger children, take photos or participate if counted and eligible. State whether the party is drop-off or stay-and-watch, whether adult food is included and whether adults need waivers or socks to play.
What do Jump Club party helpers do?
Our helpers assist with setup, cleanup and party tasks, but they are not waitresses. Confirm who will lead transitions, serve food, cut the cake, handle trash and manage timing so the host family's role is clear.
Where should guests keep gifts and personal belongings?
We do not guarantee lockers or secured gift storage at both venues. Ask your coordinator where gifts, shoes, coats and valuables can go and whether the room locks. Minimize valuables and assign an adult to watch items during transitions.
Will kids be tired after a trampoline park birthday party?
Many children find several hours of active play tiring, but energy levels vary. Build in water breaks, food and a calm ending. Avoid another demanding activity immediately afterward, especially for younger children.
Decorations, Vendors & Accessibility
Customize responsiblyCan I decorate for a Jump Club birthday party?
Yes, within package timing and vendor rules. Ask what may be attached to walls, where backdrops can stand, when decor may arrive and who removes it. All props and backdrops must leave at the end.
What decorations or party items are prohibited?
Our guidelines prohibit piñatas, sparkler candles, glitter, shine spray, sprinkles, slime, paint, gum, silly string, popcorn and other messy objects. Cotton candy and onsite melted-chocolate preparation are also prohibited. Candy is allowed only in goodie bags.
Can I hire a balloon decorator, character or entertainer?
It depends on the package. Royal and Diamond list up to two vendor stands without a fee, while Deluxe lists one. Silver says outside vendors are not allowed. Gaming, Gold and Ride & Fun contain conflicting vendor language on their current pages, so get written approval before hiring anyone. All approved decor vendors must follow the stated arrival time and remove their props and backdrops when the party ends.
Does an outside vendor need a certificate of insurance?
Catering vendors must provide a certificate of insurance. We make exceptions for decorators and character vendors, but requirements may depend on the service and equipment. Let our team review each vendor rather than assuming an exception.
Can a caterer cook food onsite?
No. Our vendor guidelines prohibit onsite cooking. Approved caterers must bring prepared food and follow our setup, floor-protection, power and cleanup rules. Confirm any warming equipment in advance.
Can we choose the music or bring a DJ?
Music or a DJ is included in all packages, and song choices can be arranged in advance. Send clean, age-appropriate requests to your coordinator and confirm who controls the volume and timing.
Can Jump Club accommodate sensory, mobility or medical needs?
Accessibility varies by attraction and location. Contact us about step-free routes, seating, restrooms, transfers, sound or light sensitivity, service animals, allergies and medical equipment. Document any agreed accommodations before the event.
How can I make a Jump Club party feel personal?
Choose the location for the birthday child's favorite attraction, arrange approved music, use a simple theme, plan a short cake moment and tell the host about shy guests or preferred games. One coordinated backdrop can work better than prohibited loose decor.
Compare Venues & Celebrate More
Choose the right formatIs Jump Club better than having a birthday party at home?
A private party with us typically costs more than a simple home party but shifts much of the entertainment, activity setup and cleanup to a staffed venue. It can be worthwhile for privacy, weather protection, high-energy activities and space; a home party may win on budget, flexible food and decorating.
Jump Club or Chuck E. Cheese: which is better?
Choose by experience. We emphasize active play and private-event packages; a traditional arcade restaurant may emphasize games, tickets and lower-cost public-party formats. Compare total price, exclusivity, food, activities, age fit, adult capacity and hosting work.
Trampoline park or gymnastics party: what is the difference?
A gymnastics party is often more coach-led and skill-structured; a trampoline park party usually offers broader recreational play and multiple attractions. Choose gymnastics for guided skill activity or choose us for variety, a private-event atmosphere and mixed entertainment.
Why choose a private birthday party venue instead of open play?
Private booking gives more control over attendance, timing, music and shared spaces and can simplify food and photos. Open play is usually less expensive but shares the venue with the public. Confirm the exact scope of exclusivity in the package.
Is a Jump Club birthday party worth the price?
It can be when private space, active entertainment, food, staffing and cleanup replace several separate expenses. Judge the all-in quote, not only base price. It may not fit when most guests will not play or the budget depends on unrestricted food and DIY decor.
What events besides kids birthdays can Jump Club host?
We host teen and adult birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, graduations, school events, team celebrations and corporate gatherings. Request an event-specific package rather than adapting a children's package.
Can I have an adult birthday party at Jump Club?
Yes. Our 18+ Adult Glendale page lists $950 for up to 60 adults, and Adult Tujunga lists $650 for up to 40 adults. Both include socks, Glow time for each hour booked, DJ/music, helpers, ice, an ice chest and cake service, but not food or beverages. Confirm the event duration and total price before booking because the product pages do not publish a minimum number of hours.
Can Jump Club host school, team or corporate events?
Yes. We host school, team and corporate gatherings. Share your goals, age range, attendance, accessibility needs, food plan and any required insurance or invoicing information when requesting availability.
Official Policies & Venue Information
Direct answers from our teamAre you open for unreserved, open play?
Our Jump Club Arena location in Sunland welcomes walk-in guests for open play. Our Glendale and Tujunga locations are open only for reserved parties and event bookings. Check the Arena's current schedule before traveling.
How much set-up time do we have before our party reservation?
Royal, Diamond and Adult Glendale list 60 minutes of setup time. Gaming, Gold, Silver and Ride & Fun list 30 minutes. The current Deluxe and Adult Tujunga pages do not publish a setup time, so confirm their arrival windows with your coordinator.
Who should I contact with questions about Jump Club Catering?
View the menu and packages on the Jump Club Catering page. For other catering questions, call (323) 536-7725.
Can we hire our own vendors for our event?
Vendor rules are package-specific. Royal and Diamond list two vendor stands without a fee; Deluxe lists one; Silver prohibits outside vendors except the catering exception in our general rules. The Gaming, Gold and Ride & Fun pages contain conflicting vendor counts or restrictions, so written approval is required. Outside bartending is prohibited, and catering vendors must provide insurance and floor protection.
Do you offer services for adult parties and events?
Yes. We offer adult-event packages at Glendale and Tujunga. Package pricing, attractions, capacity and inclusions differ by location, so review the location-specific adult package before booking.
When do we fill out the waivers, and do they expire?
Complete the waiver before participating. Our current waiver terms state that the agreement continues into the future for later visits, but staff may still require a new form when information changes or operational requirements are updated. Confirm every participant's status before event day.
Are bookings processed online?
No. To book, call or text (818) 926-2326 and speak with a party coordinator. The online pricing form begins the inquiry process but does not by itself confirm a reservation.
Is food for adults included in the party packages?
No. Our children's packages list pizza and juice for the included children, and our adult packages do not list meals or beverages. Review Jump Club Catering options or arrange an approved outside caterer for adults and additional guests.
Will you provide a DJ for our event?
We include DJ and music service in our packages. You may arrange song selections with your coordinator in advance; choose music appropriate for the event and its guests.
Are soft drinks included in the packages?
No. Our children's packages list juice, not soft drinks or bottled water, and our adult packages do not list beverages. Ask your coordinator whether you may bring bottled drinks and which container and serving rules apply.
Does Jump Club provide ice?
Royal, Deluxe, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Ride & Fun and both adult packages list ice and an ice chest. The Gaming package does not list either item, so Gaming hosts should confirm ice arrangements before the event.
Does Jump Club provide plates and utensils?
Royal, Deluxe, Gaming, Diamond, Gold and Silver list plates, cups and utensils for the entire party. Ride & Fun and both adult packages do not list tableware. Napkins are not named on the current product pages, so confirm what will be supplied for your package.
Do you have waitresses to serve food to guests?
No. Our party helpers assist with setup, cleanup and various event tasks, but they are not waitresses. Confirm who will serve food and cake before the party.
Do you charge sales tax in addition to the listed prices?
Our current package pages do not show a separate sales-tax charge, but they do add an 18% service fee to the party subtotal. Ask for an itemized quote that clearly shows whether any tax applies to your booking, along with all service fees, add-ons and vendor charges.
Does the 18% service fee include gratuity?
No. The service fee is not a tip. It covers preparation, planning, setup and cleanup before, during and after the event. Any additional gratuity is allocated to the Jump Club staff working at your event.
Do we need non-slip socks to enter the facility?
Everyone inside the play area must wear Jump Club non-slip socks under our rules and guidelines. Your coordinator can confirm whether socks are included in your selected package.
Can we bring our own desserts besides the cake?
You may bring cupcakes. Confirm cookies or any other dessert with your coordinator before ordering. Sprinkles, popcorn, cotton candy, onsite melted-chocolate preparation and other messy items are prohibited; candy is allowed only in goodie bags.
Are valet services mandatory?
No. Our package pages list valet as an option and also identify public parking. The published rate is $20 per car at Glendale and $15 per car at Tujunga. Confirm availability and parking instructions for your event date.
Planning & Event Cost Guides
Popular parent questionsHow do you organize a kids birthday party?
Start with the budget, date, child’s interests and an approximate guest count. Then choose the venue, confirm capacity and inclusions, send invitations with waiver and parent-attendance instructions, finalize food and cake, approve vendors and decor, collect the final headcount and create a simple party-day timeline. For a party with us, confirm the location and package before inviting guests.
How much does laser tag cost at Jump Club?
We do not publish a separate, standalone laser-tag admission price. Laser tag is available at Tujunga and may be included through an event package. Ask your coordinator whether it is included, how many guests can play and whether any upgrade charge applies.
How much does it cost to rent a venue for a private party?
Our current product pages range from $650 for Adult Tujunga to $3,350 for Royal Glendale. Children's packages begin at $1,375 in Tujunga and $2,475 in Glendale. An 18% service fee applies, and extra guests, catering, vendors and add-ons can increase the total, so request a current itemized quote.
How much does a quinceañera party cost?
There is no single total because a quinceañera budget can include the venue, food, decor, clothing, photography, music, entertainment and traditions. We do not offer one universal, all-inclusive quinceañera price. Build your budget from our written venue quote, then add every outside vendor and personal expense.
How much does a Bar or Bat Mitzvah cost?
The total varies with attendance, venue time, catering, entertainment, decor, photography and religious or family traditions. We host Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations, but there is no single price for every event. Request an event-specific quote and separate ceremony costs from reception costs when budgeting.
How much is a venue for a quinceañera?
Venue pricing depends on the date, hours, capacity, included food, staffing, attractions and required fees. We do not list one standard quinceañera venue rate, so request a quote based on your exact guest count and planned traditions. Compare the final venue total, not only the starting package price.
Where should you have a Sweet 16 party, and what makes the best venue?
The best venue fits the teen’s preferred activities, guest count, music, food, privacy and budget. We offer active indoor Sweet 16 celebrations with private-event access, Glow and location-specific attractions. Tour or discuss the space first if a dance floor, formal entrance, custom decor or special program is important.
Where can I book a private party venue in Los Angeles?
We offer private-event venues in Glendale and Tujunga for birthdays and milestone celebrations. Compare their attractions and capacities, then submit our pricing and availability request. One of our party coordinators will process the actual booking.
How does laser tag work, and how do you play?
Players wear sensor-equipped gear and score by tagging opponents with an infrared device; nothing physical is fired. Our staff explain the arena boundaries, scoring and safety rules before play. For Tujunga parties, confirm the game format, team sizes and participation requirements included in your package.
How long does a laser tag game last?
Game length varies by package and the number of groups rotating through the attraction. We do not list one session length for every package. Ask your coordinator how many rounds are included, the minutes per round and whether briefing time counts against play time.
How do you plan a Sweet 16 party?
Set the budget and guest count, ask the teen which experiences matter most, choose a venue and date, then plan invitations, food, music, decor, photography and a short event timeline. For an event with us, confirm the attraction mix, adult capacity, Glow or DJ details and any vendor restrictions before paying deposits elsewhere.
How do you plan a Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebration?
Coordinate the religious ceremony and reception schedules first, then establish the guest count, budget, venue, catering, music, activities, decor, photography and transportation. Tell us whether the event is a reception only and identify any traditions, speeches, dietary needs or vendor access that must be accommodated.
How do you plan a quinceañera party?
Begin with the family budget, guest list, date and required traditions. Select a venue that can support the entrance, music, food, photos, decor and any formal program, then book vendors and create a detailed timeline. Ask us whether your chosen package and space support every planned tradition before signing.
How much should you tip a party host at a trampoline park?
Our 18% service fee is not a tip. Additional gratuity is optional and is allocated to the staff working your event. Choose an amount based on the service received and your budget, or ask your coordinator how gratuity is normally handled before event day.
Ready to plan a private party?
Tell Jump Club your location, date, guest count and must-have activities to get a current package recommendation.
Package prices, capacities, attractions and policies can change. Confirm current details with our team and use your signed event agreement as the final authority.
