Are you open for unreserved, open play?

The Jump Club Arena welcomes all who are looking to jump at any time! All other Jump Club locations are only open for reserved party and event bookings.

How much set-up time do we have before our party reservation?

Please refer to your package's details, as it varies for packages.

Who should I contact for questions regarding Jump Club Catering?

Can we hire our own vendors for our events?

While we do not work with specific vendors, some packages/locations have exclusions on the types of vendors allowed. All vendors, except decorators and character vendors, need COI insurance and a mat to serve. Please feel free to contact us prior to booking with your vendor!

When do we fill out the waivers? Do they expire?

Waivers expire after 1 year, and can be filled out online prior to your visit, or during your visit at any of our locations!

Do you offer services for adult parties/events?

Yes, please refer to the Adult Party packages for each location for more details, as they vary per location!

Are bookings processed online?

No, for bookings please contact us at (818) 926-2356 to speak with your dedicated party coordinator!

Is food for adults included in the party packages?

Our party packages accommodate meals for our young jumpers. For more food options, please see your packages details, and explore Jump Club Catering's delicious offerings!

Will you provide a DJ for our events?

DJ and music is included in all packages, amongst many other party favors, and you may arrange to provide your song choices if you'd like!

Are soft drinks included in your packages?

No, please plan to bring your own bottled waters and soft drinks.

Do you guys provide ice?

All packages come equip with ice and an ice chest.

Do you provide plates and utensils?

Yes, we provide all plates, cups, utensils and napkins for the entirety of your party!

Do you have waitresses to serve food to our guests?

No, we have party helpers that will assist with the set up, clean up, and various other tasks during your event.

Do you charge tax in addition to the listed prices?

No, we do not charge additional sales tax!

Does the 18% service fee include gratuity?

The service fee is not a tip. Service charge is to cover the time prepping, planning, setting and cleaning up, before, during and after your event. Additional tip left will be solely allocated amongst the lovely staff at Jump Club working during your event.

Do we need non-slip socks to enter the facility?

Everyone within the play area is required to wear our non-slip socks, per our Rules and Guidelines.

Can we bring our own desserts besides the cake?

Yes, of course!

Are the Valet services mandatory?

Valet services are always available on site, but not required.
